Horace Mann Elementary School

wow my child has been very sad lately because of the bullying she has indured at Grove Public Schools!

I love this school my son and daughter both attended there, and graduated. The school is greatest. I would recommend this to anyone, for the most caring and the guidiness of the school staff. Now my grandaughter is attending and I'm so happy about it, makes myself feel old but have loved every minute of the time I have spent with the school, I know some have moved on but I still know some that are left and glad that they are here.

I don't usually do reviews of things but I am compelled to write one for this school. I have nothing but good thoughts of it. My son was behind speechwise by two years. We got him speech therapy since pre-k here and he is now reading better than some of his peers. The teachers are all nice. I especially loved his pre-k teacher Mrs. Rhodes. She went the extra mile to make things special for the kids and their parents. My son is happy going to school and I could see why. Out of any school that he could attend I would hands down have him go there again. The school is new, nice and clean. They are very organized and teach kids manners. That was the first thing I noticed about it before my son even attended. I highly recommend Shawnee Early Childhood Center. I give it five stars in all areas.
