Eagle Point Christian Academy

JH is run by a vindictive and gossipy principal, counselor, and teachers. There are a few exceptions to the staff but not enough to redeem it. If you mess with a teacher's kid, you are punished but if they mess with you it is covered up. Parents do not receive communication and the school discourages conferences or even knowing what is going on in the building. They enjoy the power and do not try to be kind or stop bullying. Bullies are allowed rewards because the school only disciplines those they view as easy targets. So disappointed in this school. Do not purposefully pick this school for your kids. There are other options that are better even if former Lone Star parents tell you differently. The staff is completely different than 5-10 years ago. Judge the school based on the teachers and principal of TODAY not yesterday.

Liberty elementary has been the school our family has gone to for two generations now. I loved the school when I attended there, which Is why I chose for my children to attend. Over the last few years they have made the switch to become a STEM school and it has been amazing for my daughters. I couldn't speak more highly of this school and the staff.

My kids attend Jefferson Heights. It is a wonderful school. The teachers are always helpful, and direct attention to getting help to the students who are falling behind. My youngest is very shy. The staff, all of them, not just his teacher and counselor, went out of their way to help him. Now he talks all the time and is not shy about answering questions. They have no tolerance for bullying. The bus drivers are very kind as well.
