Read what parents are saying about Parmelee Elementary SchoolParmelee is the best school in Oklahoma City. I am very happy with the leadership they currently have in place. The teachers (especially the 5th grade Social Studies teacher) are amazing! I have been very happy with this school!
Posted by a parent on 4/4/2017Another child made my daughter bleed from her nose and the school didn't think it was important to contact me or any of her emergency contacts. She was sent to the nurses office and NO ONE was called. She was bullied prior to that situation and no one did anything about it. I went to the school 3 times and they would always say they took care of the situation and the best thing they can do was send her to the counselor to show her how to defend herself. Worse school ever! Would never bring back my child to this school. Thank god we are now in a whole different State with such better educators and a lot more SAFETY .

Posted by a parent on 2/14/2015i have nothing good to say about this school...the teachers don't care about how the kids act and treat others and the principal will not even return a call but of course she will be the first to tell you her kids go to school in Moore the kids don't even want to eat there morning or lunch cause its not fit to even eat.. didn't even want to give one star but this would not post without it...

2/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageAs a child who attended this school myself, I can personally say that I grew up loving this school, the teachers and staff. As a parent, I love that each of my child's teachers communicate 100% with me about things going on in school, at home, and in class. If they notice any mood changes they always call home to check if everything is okay. Which in turn, makes my heart glow because it shows that they truly and sincerely care about their students. I love FILLMORE and their staff.Parent Review5y ago - Hayes Elementary School

3/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThis school needs more bus stops. It absorbed the elementary kids who went to parmelee before it was turned into a middle school and now these elementary kids have to walk a mile to get to one stop for the whole school , crossing walker which is under construction and very busy during pick up and drop off hours. Parents who work before 730 and get home after 330 have no way to get their kids to and from school without the worry of them being hit by a car or picked up by a stranger during such a long and dangerous walk to their bus stop. these kids range from 6 to 10 years old.Parent Review4y ago - Prairie Queen Elementary School
