This business is just that! Business. They are not here for education. They are here for growth. They want the city to grow with more wealthy tax payers. I do see individual teachers attempt to make education a priority but it falls on admins deaf ears. Administration makes the rules up as they go.

Teachers are compassionate, willing to listen and help students like most Oklahoma schools. If your student puts in the effort, the teachers will help. Sports & band programs are designed to allow your student the opportunity to play and be a part of the team/program.... Unlike large 5A/6A schools.

All they care about is getting good ACT scores. They (the higher ups) don't care about students what so ever. Some teachers do actually care and are pretty cool.
