At first glance, this school seems great. Smaller school, small classes and a great place for your kids. That's until you realize all this school cares about is money. Be ready for tons of fundraisers, to eat at a restaurant of the school's choice every month to raise money. If you can't afford it, your child will be excluded from activities. Next on the money train is class parties. Which are great, but when one parent is required to buy 25-30 ChikFilA sandwiches it becomes extremely expensive. They will not allow sandwiches from anywhere else. When Teacher Appreciation Week came around, all parents were sent Amazon Wishlists from all the teachers. The items on this list were over $100 in hair extensions, $100+ dollar clothing and jewelry as well as $100 gift cards for Ulta, Nordstrom and Bloomingdales. Even during the pandemic and inflation, nothing has changed. Your child will not be favored above those who can afford all of these things. They will be left out of activities and talked to about why their parents aren't sending tons of money to their school. Avoid this school unless you want to pay for your child to be treated fairly.

This used to be a good school about 5+ years ago but that’s changed. Teachers are verbally abusive and the administration is in no way helpful. They do not have a school nurse and only have an academic counselor. The kids have no one to turn or talk to and teacher/administrators will leave you in the dark about everything from behavior to academics.

Love this school. My daughter is in prek and my son is in 2nd grade. This school does a lot for its students. Just dont like 1 of the staff. White lady in office has an attitude. Im sure its because im of a different faith.

Great, our daughter loves her teachers and friends here. She is doing so much better here since we moved back from florida. The teacher and staff truly cares about their students.

They teach the kids that it is acceptable to allow others to treat you poorly while not being allowed to stick up for yourself. Bullying is not only allowed, but ENCOURAGED at this school. If you teach your kid not to bully as well as not allowing others to bully them, they will be mistreated by the staff as the problem. They think it is ok to not teach the kids because on average all children are 6 months or more behind schedule anyways. Instead of helping the children, they are misleading them. My child has had bad experience after bad experience while only trying to learn and not be bullied. This school has made him hate going daily because of the way he has been treated. Only one teacher he has had there has helped him and she came from another school when it was shut down. If she followed him yearly, maybe things would be different. Maybe the school needs to take some recommendations from her. The principal will not call you back to resolve issues, and if by chance you get in touch with her, she will state she is looking into something and still do nothing to help better a situation.

My oldest daughter has attended TCA for 8 years now, and my youngest has for 6. There are no regrets on our choice to be here. The loving, family, Christian environment is all you can hope for for your children to be able to grow up, learn, and build a Godly foundation in.
