This Elementary school is the best in my opinion in Xenia. The principal is a strong leader who not only stresses excellance in learning but in kindness and respect for peers and the community. The sense of community has definitely changed over the years and systemic bias towards kids that are different tend to be excluded or targeted for removal. If your child has learning issues, I have observed that these kids require more intervention than the school can afford. Quiet, rule following is the norm, but thinking outside the box is discouraged as well as independent discourse.
