The sense of community has definitely changed over the years and systemic bias towards kids that are different tend to be excluded or targeted for removal. If your child has learning issues, I have observed that these kids require more intervention than the school can afford. Quiet, rule following is the norm, but thinking outside the box is discouraged as well as independent discourse.

Legacy is a great school if you would like your child to be academically challenged in an environment that is centered around God and His Word. You will find that the other families are very welcoming and make you feel at home.
