No cafeteria short school days only 6 hr days. Kids have to eat pizza everyday and have to walk to get it so be prepared to spend 25 dollars a week on lunch for your child this school has such short days the teachers do not have time to teach the students properly. My child is doing the same math

Posted by a parent on 7/16/2013I am an Alumni of Shadyside. My husband and children are all Alumni of Shadyside. I love this school, however, there are many problems. Maintenance is not being done to the buildings, when toilets are broken, a plastic bag is placed over it. Water lays in the corner of Leona Middle School girls rest
Posted by a community member on 6/6/2012This school is horrible. The teachers are horrible, and so is the principal. Don't come here if you want to excel academically. This school is all about sports, it's all we have. No one has control. Also, the janitors do no cleaning, the school is disgusting. This is why I am going to online school.
