Posted by a parent on 3/6/2024Wow it is interesting to look back at old workplaces. Let me just say that, as a teacher, my time at Veritas was not at all good. It was disorganized, demanding, and hectic! Some people have a great experience like big donors or if they're friends/family of school founders... A lot of people don't.

While it promotes strong values and a faith-based environment, the actual classroom experience falls far short of expectations. Several teachers seemed unprepared, disorganized, and unwilling to engage with students who needed extra help. Questions were often dismissed rather than encouraged, which made it difficult to learn and grow.It also felt like favoritism played a role in how students were treated, and communication between teachers and parents was inconsistent at best.
