Reactivate at best but even that is asking for a lot. Can't keep leadership long enough to create a firm foundation. Staff checked out a long time ago and has no desire to change.

He has never experienced any bullying and with his small class I haven’t heard anything like that since he has been there. He is borderline adhd- is not on
