Read what parents are saying about Nagel Middle SchoolI hate Nagel everyone is so mean there and the teachers and principals just don't care I haven't learned it is really hard when you don't cm from an elementary school in the district.
Posted by a parent on 4/8/2021The most wonderful experience I have ever had in a school. Every one is great. So many extracurriculares and other out of school activities. Lots of electives to choose from and great class structure combined with good teacher makes this a very good school.
Posted by a student on 2/12/2020It is a very fun environment, although it's a big school they break us up into smaller teams. There are 5 teams for each grade. The teachers at Nagel are very helpful and nice, and there lunches are delicious. Also we have a state of the art facility. So these are all the reasons I give Nagel a five out of five.
Posted by a student on 10/21/2016Big, but the teachers and administrators make it feel cozy. Great academics and incredible extracurricular opportunities.
Posted by a parent on 3/14/2016The Good: Nagel does a great job of transitioning students from elementary, and making them feel welcome. The music programs, sports and the after school clubs are also wonderful - giving kids lots of options to explore. The Bad: Once your child starts struggling, it's hard to get staff to take a vested interest in helping. Teachers are evasive at best when my child asks for assistance. And when I've tried to schedule meetings with the teachers outside of conference weeks, there is a complete lack of availability. Counselors only give cursory aide. After coming from a Forest Hills Elementary where the staff was VERY involved and interested in my child's success, this just feels like an educational abandonment of sorts.I feel like this school depends way too much on teaching software vs. traditional methods. This leads to tech situations that teachers are not able/wiling to work with the students to resolve. Additionally - while I'm thrilled at all the after school clubs available, there is no transportation available to make these opportunities available to all children.

N/AGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageOur daughter is in daycare at EHEB. The staff are friendly, engaging and caring. They take wonderful care of our daughter and encourage her growth, development and exploration. She is meeting her developmental milestones and I believe that is due, in part, to the care she receives at EHEB.Parent Review4y ago - St Veronica Elementary School

N/AGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageWelcome Home. Just like the show "Cheers", here everybody knows your name. Top notch faculty, facilities, and a great leader in principal Woodall. All of this is backed up by a loving Parish community as well. Preschool through 8th grade I have watched my child excel at St. Veronica. It embodies everything every Catholic school can aspire to be. A sense of belonging for students an parents. The St. Veronica community is special.Parent Review1y ago - Guardian Angels Elementary School
