Willowville Elementary School

It is an amazing school overall, I have been sending my children there for almost 10 years now. Every year gets better and better in it's own way. The teachers have supported the student in every way possible. They have always made the best uses with limited resources. We are sad it is closing at the end of this school year and my youngest won't get to finish his elementary years at Brantner.

My son has attended Clough Pike Elementary since kindergarten and our experience has been very well. Principal Thacker is a wonderful principal, he cares greatly for all the students. We are African-American, the demographic at the school is predominantly white. The diversity is growing but overall this has cause no issues. We are approaching our last year here at Clough, the school is for grades K-5. My son does have a IEP and I would say my experience with the IEP team has been a 3 out of 5. Academically I would rate Clough Pike at a 7 out of 10. My son transferred to another school temporarily in a different state and was below grade level. We also learned more pertaining to his IEP, receiving more adequate services for his education. I would say overall Ohio is behind academically versus other states. in conclusion, I highly recommend this elementary. They are all wonderful here and do their best.
