Paideia School 24

I graduated from here last year, and it was quite the experience in my nine years at this school. In middle school, there were crazy fights, kids threw books at eachother in one fight, a girl stormed into a classroom and went all WWE on someone, mind you that girl still attends the school. Only a few teachers really cared, they were great but the ones that truly cared left so, not like it matters. This school has a great special ed program, atleast from what I hear I myself was never in it but they still do agood job giving them what they need eitherway. If you're an alumni of this school good luck trying to visit, I visited a few weeks ago during school hours, I was walked off the property since I didn't know I couldn't visit whilst school was in session, which like okay thats fine. A few weeks later, yesterday at the time this review was posted, I visited again, during dismissal to just see some of my friends who still go there, and then the principal informally trespassed me, so like, okay fun.

Its good but the people here are straight bullies or mean people the aids are bossy but the teachers are nice and its easy to make friends in this school i dont get why its 5 out of ten it shouls be 7 out of ten

SECURITY GUARD IS MEAN TO THE STUDENTS. PLUS HE PRETTY MUCH IS THE PRINCIPALS (GOMER PILE) BROWN NOSER.SOME AIDES LEAVE EARLY & ALWAYS ON THEIR CELLPHONES. Teachers are exceptional and do there job wellBut the grade levels of students are below average. .Considering the students get free breakfast, lunch and 2 snacks a day. Good luck

I would not recommend this school. The staff of 5-8 are extremely rude, disrespectful, and unhelpful. The teachers will shame students endlessly for one bad grade. This degrading makes students feel useless, idiotic, and ashamed. They hand out packets with very vague explanations without getting up and actually teaching. Most of the time, when a student asks for help, the teachers are very quick to shut them down or ignore them. Grading usually takes a long period of time. Most of the teachers complain about their job, blame students for their problems, insult and criticize other students, and more unprofessional and arrogant behavior. The only teacher in 5-8 that ACTUALLY cares about their job is the math teacher. She is dedicated to help students learn and understand. The school bathrooms are terrible. Most of the stalls have broken locks. In the girls bathroom, there is a big mirror that reveals what’s inside the last stall. The soap dispensers are able to open and are busted. That is a danger. What if a student puts something in the soap? The toilets are mostly clogged. The urinals flood often as well. There are almost never any paper towels or toilet paper. The lunch food? EXTREMELY dangerous hazard!! Every year, they raise the prices. The food is almost always contaminated. The people behind the food do NOT care. They refuse to refund for infected and contaminated food. There are various reports about materials in food like metal, plastic, feathers, hair, and other items. Some foods are burnt or undercooked. The lunch ladies also do NOT wear hairnets. Not only is the food contaminated, but also is the school!!! The school students have found many roaches, rats, and mice throughout the school. There are also many photos. I would not recommend you to send your child here if they are in grades 5-8. This is actually PATHETIC. These staff clearly do NOT care about the students or their job! Please don’t come here. It is a HUGE waste of money.
