My oldest son graduated from this district 8 years ago and it was a totally different experience than his younger brothers. The children are completely unruly and have no respect for the administration but on the flip side the administration doesn’t administer any authority over the students. The zero tolerance bullying policy is a complete joke. My child was bullied on multiple occasions and the time that he was punched in the face while doing nothing more than sitting at his desk the other student was suspended for a couple of days. So they got to sit home and play video games while mine still has to go to that toxic environment. I do not recommend moving into this district. We just moved to avoid another year of dealing with a district that seems completely overwhelmed by the sheer size of the each grade level.

Posted by a parent on 4/12/2020My child is special needs the teachers way of dealing with my child was to isloate him and punish him . The resource department needs much inprovement... So very happy we moved from the district... My child is now in a new district new school were he is on the honor roll. I am happy to say the damage that Roxboro Middle school resource teachers has done to my child has been reversed due to the caring staff of his new school.
Posted by a parent on 3/22/2016This is a wonderful school!! The teachers are very willing to help, many with lots of experience, and they have many sports, clubs, and other activities. Good gifted program, good extra bonuses ( Large library and courtyard, quality auditorium, well organized) . Strongly recommend!

My experience with this school has been nothing short of a nightmare.Firstly, the staff at Ihsan School of Excellence are incompetent and unprofessional. They do not care about the well-being of their students and fail to provide a conducive learning environment. My child has been subjected to verbal abuse from some of the teachers, which is unacceptable and completely unprofessional.Furthermore, the curriculum at this school is outdated and irrelevant. My child is not learning anything new or challenging, and the materials provided are of poor quality. It's no wonder that the school is not producing any outstanding students.The facilities at Ihsan School of Excellence are also substandard. The classrooms are overcrowded, and the school's infrastructure is in dire need of renovation. It's unbelievable that this school charges exorbitant fees yet fails to provide adequate facilities for its students.In conclusion, I would strongly advise parents to steer clear of Ihsan School of Excellence. This school is not worth the time or money and has failed in its primary objective, which is to provide a quality education.
