There are hardly any school events, surprisingly high statistics of bullying, not really any arts or sports programs, and education has been mediocre. Not sure if its the change of administration, or if its a small school so there are lack of activities,

8/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI was a student at this school from 1961 to 1967! In those days the teachers were the cream of the crop. They were necessarily strict because the students needed to learn discipline… however they were FAIR. There were a few standouts who were very compassionate towards the students and open with their parents, which was a very progressive way to be in the early 60s! We were made to work, but we LEARNED! Very strict attendance rules with lunch detentions that affect a child's ability to participate in school activities or receive honors, despite having an average over 93. Staff is not stable. My son had 4 different ela and math teachers in 1 year. Also, teachers can be very rude - and that comes from the top down. Principal is not sympathetic and cares more about perception than reality.
