Penn Yan Elementary School

The teachers and staff are excellent, they are helpful and willing to go the extra mile. The new principal is young,inexperienced and lacks the understanding to be a leader.

Thus far, the teachers my child has had ranged from good, to outstanding. There is a very active Parent Teacher Group that has regular activities for the children. The current principal, who is retiring this year, seems nice enough. He is always there at Open House and comes out to most of the child
