Read what parents are saying about Northport Middle SchoolBoth my children had a wonderful experience at NMS. The teachers here were caring, considerate, and committed to the whole child. We moved into the area when my eldest was in 7th grade, and the administration did everything possible to make her feel included, and to accommodate her a during difficult transition.

The school administrators are caring and responsive, and have supported my daughter's academic and social needs. Great programs and teaching staff, and facilities are modern and clean. Looking forward to sending our younger daughter there as well.

When we found this Montessori school we were excited for our child to attend but had no idea how special this school is. The teachers are kind and caring. They prepare the kids not just for school but for life. The school also concentrates on development of the child as a person. The school grounds are set in the woods with Centerport Harbor as a backdrop. Very idyllic!
