This school was recently closed by the diocese of Rockville Center. It was a shortsighted and terrible decision. The school was an oasis among elementary schools. The kids weren't on Facebook, they didn't have cellphones, they were kind to each other, all the parents were on the same page and enroll
Posted by a parent on 1/18/2013Sacred Heart is a wonderful school, it provides a loving and nurturing atmosphere for young children. My children love it. The parents and faculty are a close community that works together. Can't imagine my children in any other school.

My child was extremely nervous to start a new school but was warmly welcomed and embraced by the loving community of SEAS staff & families. The grace & courtesy extended towards my child by other students without prompting, was heart warming. More importantly, it is a testament to the character of this school's student body, the staff and the parents who are teaching kindness everyday. Mrs. Graziose, the principa, is passionate about faith based education & leads by example. She knows & cares for every child in the school, is present, receptive & responsive. Poor reviews should be ignored. I believe them to be in the absolute minority from what we have experienced in our time with SEAS. We are very happy with our decision. look forward to enrolling my other 2 children, & the many years ahead! I hope other prospective families will come to an open house & give SEAS consideration.Parent Review1y ago
