Both of our kids have been in PS 19 EVCS since Pre -K, they are now 1st graders and the school is a true gem. The principal is an incredible leader. The entire administration is always willing to listen to the students, parents. There is a wonderful sense of community at our school. The teachers are so engaged and care about the education and social emotional development of each child in their classroom. The school therapists are truly wonderful and dedicated.

This is a good school because my child is making academic progress, is excited about learning, and enjoys the school community. The class sizes are larger than the ideal size. Yet, even with the larger class sizes, the teachers meet the challenges and they are experienced and qualified. The parent involvement is great. Since the school and the parents work together, it benefits the children. (I hope this year goes well.)

The school website does not recognize staff and students. There's no way to see a brief summary of them and no way to contact teachers directly, and the website hasn't been updated since June 2021...I was interested in enrolling my children but the website looks old and outdated.

Incredible teachers where they know your child and take time to chat with them when time allows. My child LOVES school! Academics are strong, hence their Blue Ribbon status! I must add there are (too) many half days that can be difficult to coordinate, since the day would end at 11:30am.
