2/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI really can not say anything negative about this school! It is amazing. My son experienced his first year, 3k. I witnessed so much growth in him. Socially and emotionally he was encouraged in a positive manner. His teachers really engaged with me and was open to coordinate so he can learn to readjust his behavior when he wasnt expressing himself appropriately or needed reminding how to react to situations positively in a consistent manner, within school and at home. Ms. Tessa/Ms Sam communicated via day notes and Ms Tessa was always available when I had questions. He was very happy with his teachers and the community as a whole. He always came home smiling and overall pleased. When there was conflict the teachers were open to discuss and they used those moments to teach, not punish, though children do take time out to their selves. The other teachers were also very welcoming. The principle and parent coordinator were very intune. They communicated as much as they could and as often as any parent would want. They provided a sense of security at all times. They also were very engaging and spirited. Never getting the impression that they were overcompensating, but they are genuinely happy to be where they are. I wish the school was closer to my home, because I would have loved to keep him there, especially since Ms Tessa/ Ms Sam will be teaching Pre-K; they keep their 3k students so the students are familiar and can build bonds and have consistent teaching their first two years. I am so very pleased with this school and would advise any parent to bring their child here for the 3k/prek program specifically. I cant speak on teacher experience for the higher grades or test scores, but I can say they are a community for sure and I will miss them.Parent Review2y ago - St Paul School
