I have been particularly impressed with all the opportunities kids have beyond the basics. There are accelerated classes for kids that do well in math and ELA, there is a Mathletes program,

Even yhe custodians and security staff are a great asset. My hoyd love to go to schoil ecery day. A great after school progeam also :-)

They ONLY send notes home and have no online access or applications to get information out to families promptly. With technology use at our finger tips mass emails should be easy. In addition, when there are handouts about events at the school no one knows who to contact and how the event will be run. They send out information last minute the day before something happens instead of multiple days notice. All the teachers are not held to same expectations. Every teacher does their own things that seems best to them. In terms of safety the doors are securely locked however the cameras in the halls do not work.Parent Review2y ago - Washington Rose School

After I put her in public school because I moved to valley stream but my daughter loved it there.
