Bible Baptist Academy

The High school is a mismanaged school, full of wasteful spending and a management that mistreats their staff. The actual teachers are wonderful, but I would never send my children to a school that has terrible middos as displayed by the management. I believe the school has been taken to Beis Din by teachers which just goes to show how bad it is. Don't be fooled by the rosy facade that the school spends thousands of dollars trying to maintain.

DO NOT SEND YOUR CHILDREN TO THIS PLACE!This place cares more about the money you give to them than the knowledge and decency they teach your children. I was a student here from kindergarten through 8th grade, all it taught me was that I am worth less because I was a Jewish kid living in Queens and not Cedarhurst or Hewlett Harbor.DO NOT SUBJECT YOUR CHILDREN TO THIS PLACE!You can reach out to me, I would be happy to go over some of the horrors I've lived through at this sham school called Brandeis Hebrew Academy. Anything to ensure another child doesn't have to grow up with the pain and humiliation this place causes.

They don’t care about bullying be prepared for disappointment

I can only speak about the lower school. Do not send your child there.Teachers in many cases lack proper qualifications and experience, they are either unprepared and/ or overworked. The techniques they use to handle children are antiquated and questionable in many cases. There are no services offered and the safety of the kids is often overlooked.Internal and external communication is inconsistent and overall poor.Facility is run down. Programs are either too strict or too lax. They do not follow their own procedures. And get upset when called out on it.

My children have learned so much in this school. The teachers and principal are wonderful and caring. They truely want what is best for the students. Each child gets the special attention they need. Many enrichment and support programs address the needs of diverse learners. The specialty programs include music, art, computers, library, science, gym, and allow children to shine in many ways!!!
