Posted by a parent on 10/9/2021My son graduated from this school and is now in NYU because of the great teachers and staff I thank the staff from pre-k thru 8th grade for all the support they showed my son . Now I have three nieces there and they love it all are on honor role and showing the same progress as my son .

6/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageOur son is currently in 3K at PS 137, and we couldn’t be happier with our experience. The teachers are incredibly kind and attentive—especially Miss T, who has made such a positive impact in our experience there in 3K. Smallclass sizes are the best environment for kids and doesn’t feel like an overcrowded public school pushing enrollment. The PTA is very active, bringing in enriching programs like pasta making classes / activities to kids in class. The dance teacher, Ms. Davis, is amazing, and our son absolutely loves her class. The plus is, that as an LGBTQ family, we’ve felt genuinely welcomed and supported by the community. We plan on staying there throughout elementary as all the teachers seem fantastic.
