I worked at O'Rourke as a substitute TA one day. It was an alright experience, though one of the social studies teachers was a rather rude and unpleasant fellow.

In general, the community is supportive of the school and students do progress.

The highly bureaucratic administration prohibits addressing any individualized student needs. Teachers remain caring but often voice their frustrations at not being able to do more for their students. School delivers a solid academic curriculum but has lost the personal touch and community appeal.
