Very great school. Confident in my child’s education & safety at this school. Staff & teachers are kind, professional, & Caring.

Unfortunately this school is lacking in communication and support. In the event that my child doesn’t understand the course material, the teachers lack the care and collaborative efforts to (1) let us know what is going on in the classroom and (2) strategize on new efforts to help the student. And on the flip side, when my child does well I see no efforts to continue to challenge their learning. I also see safety concerns lacking for the student support.

were a difficult family to work with, but they have taken the above and beyond approach with us. I thank them for their hard work and dedication to teaching our children.

My sister is 8 years old in the 3rd grade she is getting bullied and harassed by kids in her age she defends herself because the teachers or principal won’t do anything she got told a lot of bad things but I can’t just blame the school it’s also the parents and how they are parenting there kids to be but there is no support at that school at all. Some kids like my sister have been getting bullied and harassed it is not good or normal behavior but the school does nothing about it neither do parents they should raise there kids better!!!!!

Every year it get worse here . First teachers putting hands on students now having teachers saying phrases like "drop it like it's hot" and moving inappropriately.

It’s true what they say, it really does take a village to raise a child.I used to be sad for my daughter she didn't have that. But I've learned that a village doesn’t always come in the conventional form you imagine it will. Sometimes the people who step up the most, are a community you wouldn't expect to show up, over and over again just because, and not just a sense of obligation. For us, that village became Brookman Elementary.Most of the teachers, staff, and families helped shape not only my daughters education, but so much of who she is becoming. Looking back at her very first day of Pre-K, I had no idea it would end up being the perfect place for her to grow filled with encouragement, support, and acceptance without conditions.There were only a couple of questionable teachers circumstances. CCSD may carry a stigma, but Brookman was never part of that story for us. They will always feel like family.Graduate of 2026
