This school and pre-school are the best in Northern Nevada. The school has been the school of choice for Carson City for decades. If you want your child ready for college --- send them here.

3/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageMy family has been at this school for 7 years and will be for another 6. We have nothing but praise for the staff. They truly love these children and give them their best. I have above-average learners and I have never felt as thought their needs were being set aside. On the contrary, I've had several instances where teachers have created extra activities to challenge my children; things they can choose to work on once their class work is completed while their peers continue to receive instruction. If you are ok with someone not only bullying your children; but also staff harassing your children and the school refusing to fix the situation then this is the right choice as far as schools go.Another incident is a child cut a child’s hair and the reason from said child was because they just felt like it. Then the principal stating “that’s how kids are nowadays.” Like what? No accountability, no following through with their bullying policy and allowing staff to continue to harass children that they were already told about. The children are encouraged to be excited about learning, to have a Faith-filled experience, to respect each other and their teachers, and to also have fun.
