Being a parent, my experience with this school has been negative, especially with the leader. How do we expect our kids to spend seven hours inside this building when just two seconds between drop off and pick up we feel disrespected and unwelcome?

5/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThey prioritize attendance above all on account of their concern for funding. They do not honor IEPs. Any solutions they offer during IEPs when there is a medical or questionable underlying medical condition are all made as a means to quiet the parent. They are rarely followed through on. Communication does not exist and most the time parent's concerns will be ignored. School nurse's will badmouth you in front of your children and relatives. They will not hesitate to pass judgement either on you via phone call. They do not honor doctor's notes and put your children at risk of injury. Instructors do not communicate with each other. There is no collaboration making it hard to have an effective team for healthy supports in place. Would not recommend this school to anyone who has students who have special needs. They will automatically dub your student as the problem and will take zero accountability themselves. Should you seek their help, their best advice to you will be to remove your student from their school and seek online alternatives. She is very involved in every child's education. She treats the teachers like professionals. She does not micro manage. She is always out at the parking lot in the morning or after school. NAGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageBoth my daughters went to Eastern Hills Christian Academy, and one is currently still going there. I love this school because the staff here truly love my daughters. The atmosphere is very positive and conducive for learning. This allows the children at this school to not just survive school but thrive. My daughter loves going to school. I am amazed at quality of teaching and especially the teaching and memorizing of God’s Word that is woven in the curriculum.
