Posted by a student on 7/28/2019Administration ignores problems and does everything it can to avoid dealing with situations. They care more about test scores and attendance than the health of a student. If a problem arises among students the administration always shrugs it off as "kids being kids"

I had two daughters who experienced the 2 1/2 year old program through 1st grade and the experience was wonderful. Our youngest is currently in 4th grade. NAGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageAll 3 of my children attended WDCC. They began in the toddler classroom and moved up through to kindergarten. Each class was amazing in its own way. The teachers are experienced and caring. They take the time to get to know your child and communicate with you on an ongoing basis. I love that they serve snacks and lunch. My children ate very well there! They have fresh fruit everyday and now one of my children loves fresh broccoli and cauliflower! My youngest child has just graduated from the full day kindergarten and is reading on a 1.75 grade reading level. They have a hands on approach to learning and believe that children learn through play and interaction with others. They like to involve the parents and I felt a real sense of community there. The staff are exceptional and the environment and surroundings located right nest to the park is ideal for walking trips!
