Roosevelt Intermediate School

Christopher Academy is the most amazing Montessori School! I had two daughters who experienced the 2 1/2 year old program through 1st grade and the experience was wonderful. Both my daughter's teachers were incredibly supportive and they both got a very good academic foundation remaining very strong students with keen interests in learning. I highly recommend Christopher Academy in Westfield and the Montessori approach to learning!

This is without a doubt the best introduction to school for any child in the area. Caring and nurturing with excellent facilities and even more wonderful teachers. Both my children went here and I cannot say enough good things about the school

My oldest daughter started at Holy Trinity in kindergarten in 1999. We have put all 5 of our children through both campuses from Prek-8th grade. Our youngest is currently in 4th grade. Our older children went on to excellent Catholic high schools, and achieved success through college and careers because of the foundational skills they learned in grammar school that was enhanced by daily practice of faith.

All 3 of my children attended WDCC. They began in the toddler classroom and moved up through to kindergarten. Each class was amazing in its own way. The teachers are experienced and caring. They take the time to get to know your child and communicate with you on an ongoing basis. I love that they serve snacks and lunch. My children ate very well there! They have fresh fruit everyday and now one of my children loves fresh broccoli and cauliflower! My youngest child has just graduated from the full day kindergarten and is reading on a 1.75 grade reading level. They have a hands on approach to learning and believe that children learn through play and interaction with others. They like to involve the parents and I felt a real sense of community there. The staff are exceptional and the environment and surroundings located right nest to the park is ideal for walking trips! I will miss them dearly but will be sure to visit often...they are like family to my family!
