Waterford Elementary School

For anyone interested, I would recommend monthly board of education meetings...the jaw dropping reality The bottom line is that when there is no community involved, and people clearly express zero interest, then there is no surprise that the board doesn't care. On the other hand,why do people need to look over those who take on the task and orchestrate our children's education?... Our outdated "leaders" need to be updated along with their own projects.

This school needs a new principle, one that has a backbone. The current guy is as spineless as a jellyfish. The staff I have encountered all act is if they are elite...above anyone and everyone. They believe they deserve respect but fail to even attempt to earn it. News flash...just because you're a teacher, doesn't mean you automatically get respect...you need to show respect to get it in return. Whiners.
