Foundation Academy Charter School

Para mi como madre fue una experiencia súper decepcionante y para mi hijo fue una experiencia estresante,de bulling y los maestros son una decepción de personas.,a mi hijo le tocó una maestra en el Kindergarden que fue lo peor que le pasó en su vida le causó anciedad eh inseguridad y solo siento coraje de saber que un ser humano pueda ser tan cruel con un niño.

Great school, Very efficient teachers and staff.

It is the Best School in Trenton, however, students who are not receiving free or reduced lunch and have high honors do not receive any meaningful financial assistance from the school for college. The school constantly posts the amount of "Grant" money its students receive each year, but fails to inform you that most of the "Grant" money comes from Federal/State Government in the form of PELL or TAG grants --Meaning grants for students who parents are poor.Also one of the Career staff members discourages families of students who do not receive free or reduce lunch from attending four year colleges that the student wants to attend. Instead, it steers these students to community colleges instead of providing more Grants for these students to offset high college tuition. In short, this school caters to students who get free or reduced lunch and Bilingual or ESL services regardless of high academic achievement.

Nothing short of a great experience with Foundation. One child graduated in 2015, second child in 3rd grade. Teachers are involved, engaging, and care for the children. Curriculum has great flexibility and opportunities for students that are more proficient in areas than other students. Highly recommended.

I would give Foundation Academy a high rating, and would refer children to attend there.
