Overall, the school is safe. It does not address the issues of lack of diversity and open racism that affect the minority students and their families. Anything that is not status quo or working in the favor of the larger school population, is not worked on to be made better.

Posted by a principal on 4/13/2016The school provides almost no challenge to the students. Our kids get virtually no homework while others in other districts in the same grades get significantly more. It is not a surprise that later on in school the students are not prepared or up to speed.

Ms. Vitolo and Ms. Rosa provide a safe, calm environment, where my daughter is able go learn and grow. When she comes home she talks about them nonstop! As a first time momma it is difficult to know what expectations should be for my daughter educationally. Ms. Vitolo was able to assess and help me navigate areas my daughter needed help. Now she is getting what she needs to not only survive, but thrive. The staff know my daughter and she is greeted every morning with a smile by name - including by the owner, Lisa! Lisa has truly established an atmosphere of genuine warmth, intentional compassion, and excitement to learn.
