Milltown School in Bridgewater has serious issues with the quality of its special education program. Instead of providing meaningful instruction and appropriate interventions, children with special needs are often placed in what feels more like a babysitting setting than an educational environment. There is little evidence of individualized learning, skill development, or academic engagement tailored to each child’s needs.The classroom environment is inconsistent and lacks the structure that students with special needs rely on to succeed. Teacher consistency is also a major concern, as frequent changes or lack of continuity negatively affect student progress, trust, and overall stability.Advice: Families considering Milltown School for special education services should proceed with caution. It is strongly recommended to request detailed information about the program, observe the classroom in person, ask about teacher consistency, and ensure that individualized education plans are actively implemented—not just documented. If you are a parent looking for your child with special needs to grow independently and make real academic progress, you may want to consider other options.

Saint Ann Classical Academy has been such a blessing to our family. My boys are so blessed and happy that they go there. They learn so much compared to the public school that seems to just push them through even if they don’t understand. They really nurture the students and care about their success. They emphasize not only learning but critical thinking skills that are crucial in today’s world. It’s not flashy or high tech which is also great because it makes kids actually need to learn and get away from all the screen time that is not only proven not to be a good thing, mentally or psychologically, but gives them the opportunity to learn or improve on other skills to enhance their learning. Plus, the school’s curriculum encourages students to learn Latin; as well as helps guide students to be better people by learning and understanding the catholic faith.I would definitely recommend St. Ann’s to anyone who is considering sending their child to a private or faith based school.

This is an amazing school I love it so much. You learn so much throughout the years this is my 3rd year and its amazing. The teachers are nice and the principal is amazing and cares for the students. The teachers are eager for you todo well and they don't want you to fail. They also have extra credit so it helps out your grade they treat all the students the same its an epic school.
