Read what parents are saying about Visitation AcademyWe have been here since my oldest, now 6th grade, was in K. The school could not be more supportive of our family needs. There are areas the public schools may be more advanced, and the only area I have found that true is in the math curriculum. But those six months, with kids only oriented to test taking is nothing compared to what Visitation provides in terms of solution-oriented thinking, moral judgement, chatacter building and a ton of academic opportunities not made available in other instutions. My kids have taken spanish and tech since K and PreK. Cursive is part of the academic program in third grade. Selfless service is a focus. Im very proud to call this school home.

I am sorry that a parent feels that the teachers are bullies. Administration cannot do anything about this unless you come in and speak to them about your situation instead of posting such information on a public forum . Please come into the school office to discuss your dissatisfaction.

N/AGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageMy son started at the growing garden nursery school in October and it was the best decision we could have made for him. This was our first experience with him going into a classroom and we were apprehensive about how he would adjust. From the first conversation I had with Miss Mary Lynn I immediately felt like we would be making a great decision for our son. The entire staff is warm , caring, and genuinely interested in each of the students . Our son is excited to go to school every day and we love to get updates from Facebook and and see all of the fun projects they do each day . N/AGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageMy children have been at this school since we moved to the area 4 years ago. Overall we've had a great experience. The kids are receiving the support they need to grow both academically and emotionally. Most of the teachers go above and beyond for their students and are always willing to help when asked. There is a real small school feel that promotes inclusion and community. I'm especially happy with the 'middle school' teachers and their ability to engage the kids even when they start to really want to disconnect from learning as they're maturing socially.
