Olph is more than a school, it is a family. Like every family sometimes there are bumps but those bumps are in the past and our future is looking bright. We have upgraded programs, dedicated teachers and a wonderful Principal starting her 2nd year with our family. I would not send my children anywhere else.

Very safe and caring environment . Principal, teachers and priest are very involved and truly care about the children and making a difference. The classes are challenging and preparing the students to be successful .

We are thrilled with the education our son has received since joining MFS as a 6th grader (now an 8th grader) but more than we are overjoyed with the life our son has been able to live as a community member at MFS.Baseball, robotics, theater, the Spanish Affinity group. Aside from baseball, these are all things that our son wasn't involved with before coming to MFS. Robotics and theater were completely new...and now they are interests that he intends to stay involved with beyond school and his appreciation for them continues to grow, making him a well-rounded young man.There are rigorous academics at some other schools, sure. But the teachers, administration, etc. have dedicated themselves to nourishing inquisitive, curious, thoughtful, student-citizens who can see the beauty in the world while contemplating its imperfection and the ways they could contribute to remedies.

This school is not worth the investment. There is no structure and my child was not provided help when she needed it. Preschool was ok. Elementary was not good at all. For math, my child was working on the large bead frame the whole year. We moved our child to a nearby private school. She is now a straight A student. Choose one of the other private schools. Your child will do better. Parents can easily track how your child is doing.

As a Guide and Parent at MSOE, I can say with all honesty that Seeds is a special school -- with warmth, inspiration and a family feel. Their campus is gorgeous with a large main historic building and acres of outdoor space for children to enjoy. The classrooms are well equipped and the teachers are extremely experienced. If you have an interest in authentic Montessori education, take a tour for yourself and you will feel it as soon as you walk through the front door!We love MSOE!
