TJS excels because of the strong staff. In general a majority of the teachers are warm, supportive and dedicated to their professional. My only complaint is the school keeps higher young teachers- it would be nice to see more senior, experienced teachers. my children have thrived at TJS in the 3 yrs

It has a great reputation because of the care and quality of the staff.The number one attraction of the school is the amazing art program.The quality of the work and the excitement of the kids creating art is the best in the state. Torey J. is a wonderful school with talented and caring teachers who do a fabulous job teaching our children. The parent community is very active and involved which only makes our schools that much better.

Teachers are great, hands on, communicative, classes are structured with daily activities, sports, music and dance. They hold many parent meetings, events for the students and fun tricky tray bringing the school families and community together!
