This school is fantastic. Both the principal and vice principal are engaged not only with the kids, but the parents alike and the teachers truly care about the success of the children. Success can mean different things for each child and all involved work to identify what that means for the individual child and continue to support the needs to help him/her achieve that success. I've had the pleasure of working at Scicore Academy since November 2021, initially as a Physical Education teacher and later expanding my role to include teaching History and Geography. From the very beginning, Scicore has stood out as a school that is not only academically strong but also deeply committed to creating a safe, structured, and supportive environment for both students and staff.What makes Scicore truly exceptional is the sense of belonging it fosters. The leadership is thoughtful and organized, providing clear direction while also encouraging personal and professional growth. I’ve been given meaningful career opportunities that have allowed me to grow as an educator, and I always feel that my contributions are valued.The workplace culture is incredibly positive—everyone is approachable, respectful, and collaborative. It’s rare to find a team where everyone is genuinely pleasant to work with, and at Scicore, it just feels right. I’m grateful to be part of a school that aligns with both my professional goals and personal values.
