Posted by a parent on 12/16/2016How obnoxious that the Aredena school PTA requires families to be paid members of the PTA to volunteer at the school. How about starting with volunteer background checks and tracking how many times certain parents are allowed in the school. Bias and unsafe.

All of my kids' teachers are great too, and they truly care about the students. In recent years, I see that the school has begun to adopt a couple of teaching principles, including "Seven Habit

The teachers are rock stars and the administration is terrific. Farmingdale was one of the first schools in the area to open back up full time, 5 days a week after the pandemic. If you have a child with special needs and want your child to be a functioning part of society please do not send your child to a school in this district. They are not only ill equipped to support students in an all inclusive setting, they are also unwilling. This school is not progressive and is stuck in the 70s when it concerns inclusion.
