5/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThey love to report people to social services. Last year they had me have my 6 yrs old son to be evaluated by a psychologist. When I talked to the psychologist l, she told me that my son is just like every 6 yrs old kid. I don't understand why i need to evaluate your son. Today I picked up my daughter because she's having menstrual cramp pains, again I have to hear that statement again "we may have to report this to child services". NAGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageLife Center Academy changed. It was a decent school.Under recent changes of administration in the past 5 years, many aspects of LCA have grown worse. LCA was very good under the previous administration around the years of about 2014 to 2019.Disciplining of students has degraded, and many students seem to be disciplined inconsistently depending on things like sports, social status, or perceived value to the school’s academic and athletic reputation.Many teachers in LCA are very caring to students, and teach well; throughout the time I was there, there were always some teachers that you could open up to and who actually cared about you, the student.Due to the school’s small size, gossip and personal conflicts spread quickly and become difficult to avoid.
