MHT is a mixed bag. Although blessed with a few excellent teachers, the poor performing teachers are protected by management. My child was passed into 3rd grade with no exposure to punctuation. None. The 3rd grade teacher crammed for a month and a half to improve the NECAP scores. It worked, but at
