We relocated to the area a few years ago and both our daughters went to the RMS. The older daughter is now in High School. The RMS has been fantastic for both of them. The teachers are excellent. We had no problems or issues at all, and we can highly recommend this school.
Posted by a parent on 4/25/2023had two children attend this school. one child on quiet side and one more out going. both did very well. Very supportive and engaged teachers. Kids get a well rounded education here.

Posted by a parent on 5/9/2016This is probably a better middle school than most but there are some major issues that may be true of all schools. The homework is absurd. Children are overwhelmed. My child is learning things that I did not learn until medical school. There's no reason for this much pressure and this much learning.

10/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThe school is great academically but socially it has a lot of bullies that that school does not know how to deal with. Teachers turn a blind eye to them and allow the “football kids” to bully others and “run the school”. The school has more boys than girls so it makes it a very “jock” mentality. Teachers do not intervene and instead let these kids continue in their ways. When asked to move my kid to another class because of the bully situation we were denied. I would tread carefully if you are new and moving your kid into this school. Might be ok if you start in kindergarten here, but seems like an earlier reviewer had a tough experience with that teacher.Parent Review4y ago - The Montessori Children's School
