NAGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageMy son started attending in preschool (Pre-k 3) and continued in elementary. We have been very happy with Mill Brook from the start! The teachers are warm and welcoming, the environment is fun and engaging, and the administration has been responsive and helpful. My son has an IEP and special ed services and we’ve had no problems obtaining services and discussing progress. The principal sets the tone of respect and community and would fully recommend this school.Parent Review4mo ago2 Reviews - Eastman School

NAGreatSchools RatingParent Rating Averagemy son goes to pre-K here. I can't say enough good things about it. I was worried that he would have a hard time adjusting to school but all the teachers here are loving and energetic. Sending him here was one of the best decisions we've made.Parent Review16y ago2 Reviews - Shaker Road School

NAGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageOne of the reviews here that calls SRS 'MORE OF A CHILD CARE CENTER,,,NICE CAMPUS BUT POOR ACADEMICS' is the truth but the 1 star was too hard. Its a really good child care center, not a good school. After 6 years, we withdrew our children last spring (2023) and after only 1 month at their new public schools, my partner and I are wishing we withdrew them years ago, after pre-K.The GOOD--the child care center, specially the pre-K program has great teachers who give a good base for kids to go into K ready to learn-the campus is amazing, I've never seen anything like it-small class sizes. Advisory groups are 12to16-vacation camp included in the cost of tuitionThe BAD--academics are erratic, its like none of the faculty know what the others are doing-no support for SEN, learning needs and such. I don't think they know what an IEP is!-apart from golf and nordic, there's no athletics save a couple weeks of soccer and running. My partner can't swim so he was sold on the promise of swim classes, but they don't even use the swimming pools.-big discipline problems, kids are sent to the principal every day when theyre just being kids, meanwhile they had a bullying problem for forever and the administration is indifferent to itOther Review2y ago12 Reviews - The Early Enrichment Center

NAGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageIf I could give this place negative stars, I would—without hesitation. In my personal experience, this was not a daycare—it was a complete breakdown of trust, safety, and care.Sending your 15 week old to daycare to join the workforce again is heartbreaking enough but this situation was unimaginable. My child attended for less than two months, and I still carry immense guilt for ever enrolling them here. What I personally experienced has left a lasting impact on me as a parent. I did not feel my child was in a clean, safe, or nurturing environment before I decided to terminate enrollment. In my opinion, no parent should have to endure the kind of worry, stress, and regret that I did. What made the situation even worse was the response from management and ownership. In my experience, communication was evasive, accountability was nonexistent, and the level of dishonesty I encountered was truly unbelievable. Rather than taking responsibility or addressing concerns with care, I felt dismissed, misled, and outright gaslit. This experience has shaken my faith in childcare entirely. I now struggle with the idea of trusting any facility again. That alone should speak volumes. From one parent to another: I urge you to do your research, trust your instincts, and protect your child. Speaking only from my own experience—this is not a place I would ever consider again, under any circumstances.Parent Review10mo ago13 Reviews - St John Regional School
