NAGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageWe have been very happy with the quality of education provided by Trinity Lutheran School. We have 2 young sons and we are continually amazed at how much they are learning - not only academically but also spiritually. The teachers and staff all do a fine job and we appreciate the open communication. Our kids are excited to go to school and that is a HUGE deal for us. Thank you so much!Parent Review12y ago3 Reviews - Bluestem Montessori School

NAGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI am so thankful that we decided to join Bluestem Montessori this year. My son had attended Montessori schools since he was 18 months and we knew that we appreciated the the environment. Starting first grade this year has been wonderful here. The teachers are some of the most caring individuals. Really getting to know the kids. Praising their strengths and helping them to build where they need help. Where else would you find a teacher willing to write out a 9 PAGE parent teacher conference note on your student. My students teacher knows my child and family. He was diagnosed with ADHD and Dyslexia this year and it has been nothing but wonderful. These aren't seen as detrimental to the class. Just that he needs to learn in a different manner and the school has been great. He doesn't mind that he has this, he just sees it as a difference and that he needs to try different skills. I have had my older children in public school and it was a fight to get a diagnosis or help. This has not been the case. There is an amazing student to teacher ratio, which allows the teachers to really spend time with each kid and help them where they are at. The ability to move in the classroom and focus on areas of study that my child prefers means that he doesn't need medication for his ADHD. I love the amount of time that they spend outside. I love that they have yoga on a regular basis and my child has learned so much curtesy and life skills. This school is not just about learning ABC's and 123's but learning to be a good person, and good citizen. There really are so many life lessons in the classrooms. These kids know how to keep their area clean, how to ask politely, how to think outside the box and think for yourself, not just go along with the crowd. The mixed age classrooms and playgrounds allow for so much growth. It is wonderful to see older children reading to younger children. For them all learning to play together. They learn that you don't have to like everyone, but you have to be courteous and considerate of everyone around you. My kiddo has made some great friendships with some really awesome children. Bullying is not tolerated and kids are allowed to be kids. It really is a welcoming environment for all students that allow them to be who they are. Even better it really is a community for families as well. Parents are very involved, and the community really supports one another. It is a lovely little picture of what community should and can be.Parent Review1mo ago7 Reviews
