Discovery Program at The Springs

This school should not be open at all. This school is racist. They don't have any protection for these students. The don't like being called out on their horrendous actions. They lack communication if it doesn't align with what they want personally. This school does nothing about the multiple unsafe complaints they receive. They allow bullying and if they victim being bullied stands up for themselves they retaliate against them in anyway they possibly could. This school needs to be shut down and a lot of the workers need to be terminated and licensing revoked because it's just literally no way this school even exists. I have been stuck dealing with this headache due to lack of transportation but I promise my child will not be there next year. This is a sorry excuse of and for a school

With the New principal for the past two years the school does a lot of things to encourage character building, leadership skills and sound academics. When I did have a concern regarding behaviors of other children in my child's class the principal and assistant principal were more than accommodating to meet with me, listen to my concerns and take action. The front office staff is always very polite and welcoming. As well the prime time before and after school program is wonderful. The Primetime staff truly cares about the children and does a wonderful job providing them time for homework and time to play and just be kids. I have no issues with Cloverleaf. Go Colts!

Cornerstone is an amazing school with amazing opportunities! Staff have a great relationship with students. It is a Christian based school. They put God first in everything they do. God really has his hand on this school.

I’m a recent alum of SMS, and it was such a great place to grow up. It’s a really small school, which is honestly one of its greatest strengths. You get to know everyone, and the teachers truly care about you. They also supported me through a tough time in my life, and I’ll always be grateful for that :)In terms of academics, SMS is a little ahead of Iredell public schools. I got to take Math I in 8th grade and even took the EOC, which was a cool opportunity. I also loved getting to study Spanish from elementary thru middle school; Such a rare privilege!!Fourth and fifth grade were a tiny bit tough for me, but middle school was awesome. Homework can be challenging, but they offer study halls during the day and an afterschool program + homework room, which really helps.Overall, I’d definitely say SMS was worth it. Strong academics, amazing teachers, and a supportive community.
