My child was reported as a early release. How are you keeping track of my kid, making sure he's accounted for and you checked out the wrong kid? They had to physically find him when I picked him up from school. No apology, no accountability. The carline is poorly done. The area isn't blocked off so cars are coming through and other parents aren't using the proper ways to exit. 9 times out of 10 no one is directing the traffic.
