Greenwood Elementary School

Terrible ; a huge lack of understanding

Had a few issues concerning my two daughters enrolled in Greenwood that I addressed with the principle. One was concerning my step-daughter and the other about my biological daughter. While I was sitting in the office, I could not help but notice the staff so kindly interacting with the students and how well they treated them. I was nervous talking to the school principal due to the fact that step-parents are often overlooked in many scenarios, but she treated me absolutely wonderful and with a great sense of respect. I got more done with the staff than expected and was treated with nothing but kindness the entire time. Our two daughters are excelling on a daily basis in this school, and I love the drive to teach children that this school has compared to other Lee County Schools that we have had experience with. I would highly recommend this school district to anyone.
