Posted by a teacher on 3/10/2014DISAPPOINTING ......I have been truly disappointed. The teachers are negative, lazy and expect nothing from the students. My children arrived with a 4 on the EOG'S and by the time they departed were making a 3 in Reading and Math and a 2 on the Science EOG. The principal(s) seem to have the same age

I also have a 4th grader and Kindergartener at Smithfield. We have watched the level of care and support from the administration slowly decline over the years.What used to be a great welcoming family environment has declined into an autocratic unwelcoming environment.
