Worst school and district to be apart of. They do not care about teaching kids in anyway. They only care about making sure the state gives them the check for participation. Louisburg Elementary has wonderful administration. In my experience, I've worked in toxic places, and LES is NOT one of them. The admin are supportive and are willing to stand up for their staff and trust their professional judgement. I've never felt micro-managed or inferior. We are a team, each with our own responsibilities in the education of our students. Our educators are phenomenal, with a passion to do whatever it takes for kids to learn and grow. Teachers truly care for their students.
