Iron Station Elementary

I was sent here as punishment for some troubling things I did back in late 2019. However, I didn't feel like this was an actual punishment. The curriculum is equal to all of the other Lincoln County schools, but some things are much better. Nearly all of the staff members seemed to be wonderful at their job. A few of them have since left, so I don't know how accurate this is in 2022, but I doubt that major change has taken place. This school takes students' mental health very seriously since most of the students sent here do have issues with their mental health. This school also tries to help the students with learning differences (some students go here full time due to learning differences), though sometimes they have issues with how they control meltdowns. The school is incredibly safe and has a small class size by nature of the school. This is an alternative school, however. Occasional rowdiness is to be expected. Lastly, like all schools in Lincoln County, family engagement is astounding.
