Sawmills Elementary Is a wonderful school,I have took care of my grandson Jt sense he was In kinder garden and he didn't have a clue with anything about school I mean nothing! and the teacher's really took their time with him and helped him get on track and helped me to keep up with every thing at home with him! the teacher's and the the staff are amazing at Sawmills School I love them all they are wonderful!!!

I graduated top of my class a number of years ago and even gave our graduation student commencement speech. I have since graduated with honors with a Bachelor of Science degree. My experience was being in an environment that was insanely strict. We were told it would prepare us for the real world. Rather, it gave us a false sense of reality that led to much anxiety over issues that were a major deal in our school, but not to anyone else. The level of strictness that was pushed on us during my time made most students not care about even trying because it was nearly impossible to make it to the standards pressed on us. Many times it seemed the care of having a shirt tucked in meant more than college preparation. I can't answer for what the school is like today since I graduated a number of years ago, but I can say, if I could go back in time, I would go elsewhere.
